Harrison seniors sign college letters-of-intent (part 1)

No fewer than nine Harrison High School graduates are planning to continue their athletic careers in college. Seven signed letter-of-intent in ceremonies at the high school April 22; two have since made their college choices official.

Jacobs, young core helped keep softball on track

Perhaps fittingly, Harrison softball coach Mike Schiering referred to a beloved children’s book when describing his 2021 team. “Like a little engine that could,” he said, after Harrison’s season ended with a 5-3 home loss to Kings May 12 in the second round of the Division I sectional tournament.
