Kurt Mollaun has resigned from the South Dearborn Regional Sewer District Board for personal reasons. He served on the board from January 2020 until June 2021.

In celebration of its 65th year of operation, the Hillforest Museum will host public tours every day, except Mondays and holidays, until the end of December. The museum offers visitors an opportunity to learn about the history of Aurora and the historic Hillforest mansion, once owned by a prominent local banker.
It looks like the old North Dearborn Elementary School will be demolished this year. The Dearborn County Commissioners OK’d an application be sent for a blight clearance grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to help tear the old school down.
