Tracey Wilburn passed away peacefully Dec. 31, 2022, surrounded by her family.

She graduated from Harrison High School class of 1979. She loved her family and all animals, especially her cat stripe.

She is survived by her three children Christopher (Sara) Owens Jr., Joshua (Tiffany) Owens, and Charity Owens; grandchildren Kelsi Owens, Kharin Tusing, Noelle Spencer, Sydney Wilson, Aydan Webster, and Liam Webster; great-grandchildren Jackson Tusing, Ernie Spencer, Maggie Spencer; her stepfather Ronald Kramer and many other relatives. She is preceded in death by her mother Sandra Kramer and her father Robert Wilburn.
