It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Randy Myers who left us on August 21, 2025, at the age of 67. Randy was born on April 9, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to his loving parents, Ralph Myers and Jeanette Esterkamp Myers. He was a beloved brother and cherished friend to many.
Randy graduated from East Central High School in 1976, after which he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Upon returning home, Randy began a long and successful career with local 44 Ironworkers in Cincinnati, where he dedicated his skills and work ethic until his retirement in 2019.
A passionate outdoorsman, often described as a mountain man, Randy found peace and solace in his daily walks along the banks of the Whitewater River, which ran alongside his property. He was always accompanied by his five loyal labrador retrievers, whose companionship brought him much joy.
Randy’s life will be celebrated in a private gathering with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Randy’s honor to your local animal shelter.
He is survived by his family and friends, all of whom will carry his memory with love and gratitude. Randy will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
May he rest in peace.
RANDY MYERS
