Patricia Ann DuVall, 80, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at The Waters of Rising Sun. Patricia was born in Evansville, IN on January 13, 1944, a daughter of the late Ethel Mae (Lester) Bevis and Irvin Bevis. She was a graduate of Rising Sun High School, Class of 1962. Patricia married Jerry Lee DuVall on February 16, 1962 in Rising Sun, IN. Patricia and Jerry were married over 42 years until his passing on October 1, 2004. Patricia loved being in the kitchen and worked as a cook at several local establishments. She was last employed at Grand Victoria Casino, where she worked in the buffet. Patricia was a member of the Rising Sun Church of the Nazarene and the Rising Sun American Legion Auxil­iary. She enjoyed going to bingo and playing Yahtzee. Patricia’s greatest love was her family. She always looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren and attending family get-togethers.
 Patricia is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Ann Gilmore (Dennis), of Rising Sun, IN; by her grandchildren, Adam Gilmore (Maranda), Brittany Shinkle (Aric), Greg DuVall (Samantha), Kelsey DuVall, Deekon DuVall, Desiree Baker (Jesse), Jessica DuVall and Marcus DuVall and by several great grandchildren. Patricia is also survived by a sister, Sherry Martinoli (Frank), of Burlington, KY; by three brothers, Irvin Bevis, of Union, KY; Daniel Bevis, of Bowling Green, KY; Kenneth Bevis, of Arkansas and by many nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Jerry Lee DuVall; by her sons, Brian Lee DuVall and Gregory Flynn DuVall; by her grandson, Zachary Gilmore; by her great grandson, Bryan Allen Lee DuVall; by her brothers, Robert and Donald Bevis and by her sister, Juanita McCaskill.
 Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, December 13th, 2024 at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun, IN. Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, December 13th, 2024 at Markland Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rising Sun New Cemetery.
