Every year hundreds of DECA students at Harrison High School go on to compete at the state level. The program has been successful since 2009.

Deitsch awarded scholarship

Mackenzie Deitsch, of West Harrison, was awarded the TLB Foundation Christian Service Operating Scholarship Fund endowed scholarship at the University of Findlay for the 2020-2021 academic year..

Kerth makes President’s List

Anna Kerth of Harrison, a student at Davis & Elkins College, has been named to the president’s list for the fall 2020 semester. The president’s list includes all fulltime students with a 4.0 GPA for the semester.

Chaney named to Dean’s List

Mercede Chaney, a senior business administration major from Harrison, has been named to the Dean’s List at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. Students must be enrolled full time and meet academic criteria set forth by the university to be named to the dean’s list..

Mayor: Progress like you’ve never seen

If you think Lawrenceburg has been progressive in city development, Mayor Kelly Mollaun said to prepare for “progress here in the city, like you’ve never seen.” Mollaun made the statement in his annual State of the City Address, in an unusual format. The address was given at the Lawrenceburg Event Center, like last year.
