Eleanor “Eley” Walston. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Walston for 70 years. Devoted mother of Greg (Kathy) Walston, Susan (Chris) Fay, and Debbie (Rob) Stotzer. Loving sister of Jeanette (the late Vernon) Prell and John (Lynn) McCauley. Also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Eleanor passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 94 years.

Ohio River Foundation begins large habitat restoration

The Ohio River Foundation (ORF) is embarking on one of the largest habitat restoration project ever undertaken in Southwest Ohio. The project, made possible by a $50,000 grant from Coors Seltzer and its Change the Course partnership, will restore six miles of riverbank along three Ohio River tributaries: the Little Miami River, Great Miami River and O’Bannon Creek.
