State Reps. Cindy Abrams (R-Harrison) and Sara Carruthers (R-Hamilton) gave sponsor testimony on House Bill 109, legislation that creates new criminal offenses to combat rioting, looting, and violence in Ohio.

Harrison, township discuss JEDD adds

The city of Harrison and Harrison Township hosted a public hearing for the purpose of three businesses’ admission to the Joint Economic Development District. The JEDD is an agreement between the city and the township in order to promote economic development.

Kryptos Comix celebrated Pokemon’s 25th anniversary on Feb. 27 in Aurora. Erika Wells, 16, a sophomore at East Central High School, is a delegate to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders on March 20 and 21. The congress is an honors-only program for high school students who want to become physicians or go into medical research fields.
