A Lawrenceburg man has been arrested for vote fraud in the 2019 Lawrenceburg city elections.
Troy A. Kemper, 58, was charged with perjury and voting under a false name in connection with alleged fraud before the 2019 city general election, according to Dearborn County Prosecuting Attorney Lynn Deddens.
