Nancy Ann Mauricio, 93, of Rising Sun, Ind., passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025. Nancy was born on June 19, 1931, in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late George Murry Molesworth and Johnnie (Gibson) Molesworth. She attended high school in Pennington Gap, Va., and went on to obtain her nursing degree. On May 12, 1956, she was married to Amado Mauricio, who preceded her in death. Nancy was a member of New Thought Unity Church. She found great joy in keeping active throughout the years with running and tennis. Most of all, she enjoyed her beloved family.
 Nancy is survived by sons John Mauricio of Sunman, Ind., and Dan Mauricio (Pam) of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; daughters Tina Colvin of Bloomington, Ind., and Marita Mauricio-Pelgen (Larry) of Villa Hills, Ky; grandchildren Jeremy Dilts (Kimberly), Jacqueline Dilts (Sarah), Kate Colvin, Holland Colvin, Kenzie Colvin, John Mauricio Jr., Courtney Mauricio, Anthony Amado Pelgen; and great-grandchildren Hunter Dilts and Eli Dilts.
 She was preceded in death by her husband Amado Mauricio; parents George and Johnnie Molesworth; daughter Vicki Dilts; and brother Jack Molesworth.
 Visitation was held from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. with funeral following at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Markland Funeral Home in Rising Sun.
