Mary Catherine (Bath) Farmer, age 94, of West Harrison, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her home in West Harrison, Indiana.

Born the daughter of Elmer and Anna (nee Meyer) Bath on Oct. 26, 1928, in West Harrison, Indiana. She married the late Norbert Farmer Sr. on Aug. 28, 1948, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Harrison, Ohio. Mary Catherine graduated from Harrison High School in 1948, and was a long-standing member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Mary was survived by her children: Cathy (Ron) Nevels, Debbie Ferrell, Rita Hamon, Susan, Tim, Carol Farmer, and Patricia (Gregg) Emard, her 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Sister of Edna Weaver and Bernice Kunkel.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Norbert Farmer Sr., her son Norbert Farmer Jr., her sons-in-law George Ferrell and Rob Hamon, Elmer and Anna Bath, and her sister Dolores Lake.

A visitation was held on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 E. Broadway St., Harrison, Ohio, 45030. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at St. John the Baptist (Old Church), 508 Park Ave. Harrison, Ohio, 45030. Burial followed at St John Cemetery Harrison, Ohio.
