Martha M. Jacob of Harrison, Ohio, passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 90.

She was born on Aug. 16, 1932, in Harrison, Ohio to Eberhard and Loretta (nee Arnold) Jacob. After graduating William Henry Harrison High School, she went to work for the school as a secretary and retired from the school district. Martha enjoyed baking and made numerous pies and cakes for her family and also for St. John the Baptist Catholic Church fundraisers. She loved supporting her church and she also loved the Cincinnati Reds.  

Martha was preceded in death by her parents: Eberhard and Loretta Jacob; siblings: Helen (Joseph) Henschen; Mildred Jacob and Ralph Jacob; and Niece: Joan (John) Becker. 

Survivors include her nephew: Joe N. Henschen; great nephew: Joey (Shannon) Henschen; great great niece and nephew: Bailey and Brody Henschen.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 10010 Carolina Trace Road, Harrison, Ohio, 45030, with Fr. Paul Rewe officiating. Burial to follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
