A fire engine bearing the casket of former Rising Sun firefighter Robert “Bobby” White makes it to Rising Sun New Cemetery May 24. White, 66, died Sunday, May 19, at his residence in Rising Sun. He was a member of the Rising Sun Fire Department for 42 years where he was the assistant chief. He worked for the city for several years and ran his family business, White’s Electric.
