Harold Eugene Lutz, 88, of Bright, Ind., passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Harrison, Ohio. Born to Roy and Helen (Nowlin) Lutz on January 31, 1936, at the home of his paternal grandparents in Logan, Ind.
 Harold, a charter member of Dearborn Hills Methodist Church, married Lillian Grimmer on March 3, 1956, at Guilford Methodist Church. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force in Korea as an Intelligence Investigator Specialist of the 6006th AISS. After returning to the United States, Harold completed his service at Westover Air Force Base in Massachusetts and Stewart Air Force Base in New York. Harold began working for Monsanto in payroll and later advanced in the accounting department after graduating from University of Cincinnati, attending evening classes for 12 years, all while raising a family.
 Harold is survived by his loving wife Lillian “Tootie” Lutz. Father of Steven (Kim) Lutz and David (Sharon) Lutz. Grandfather of Stephen Lutz, Malorie (Tony) Dickhaus, and Bradley (Kayla Brewer, fiancee) Lutz. Great-grandfather of Jason, Ben, and Emma Dickhaus. Brother of Loren (Marge), Keith Lutz, Elaine Meyer, Dale (Rachel), and brother-in-law of Judy Grimmer. Harold was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Helen Lutz, brother-in-law, Ronnie Meyer and sister-in-law, Beverly Lutz.
 Visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bob Land officiating, all at Dearborn Hills Methodist Church, 25365 Stateline Road, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. A burial will follow at Gibson Cemetery in Bright with military honors.
