Submitted PhotoBrewster Rhoads and leaders from New Richmond, Ohio, took a road trip to Rising Sun, Vevay and Madison to learn what these communities have done to connect to the Ohio River, promote economic development, attract visitors, and improve the quality of life for their residents. The visit was sponsored by the coalition of Ohio River Way, a 308-mile water trail bordering much of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
