Beloved husband of 66 years of Leola Ann Rider (nee Huber). Loving father of Randy (Alice) Rider, Debby Rider, Daryl (Gina) Rider, Mark Rider, and Mindy Rider. Devoted grandpa of Stephanie (Tom) Phillips, Meredith Rider, Kelsey Rider, Emmitt Rider, and Olivia Rider. Dear brother-in-law of Shelva (Jerry) Bennett and the late Gary (liv. Judy) Huber. Passed away May 30, 2024, at the age of 88. Don was a welder by trade, but was also known as a handyman extraordinaire. When he wasn’t fixing things, he thoroughly enjoyed flying his remote control airplane. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Road, Harrison, OH 45030.
