Constance C. “Connie” Ellis, 93, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024. Connie was born on December 24, 1930, in Brazil, Ind., to the late Willis and Rose Knapp.
 She was a graduate of Brazil High School. She married George Ellis in 1951 and started her career as a secretary in a law firm before going on to work for the Federal Government as a Tax Processor.
 Connie was an avid animal lover and volunteered for many animal charities over the years. Her greatest joys in life were her family, beautiful music and a brisk walk to keep her in shape.
 Connie is survived by her son, Stephen Ellis of Sarasota, Fla.; her daughter, Stephanie Ellis of Bradenton; grandchildren, Sheila Quiett and Gregory Quiett; her sister, Gloria Myrtle; and five great-granddaughters.
 Visitation will be held Friday, May 3, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2526 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011, where the funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Burial will be in Bridgetown Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio, following the funeral.
