Catfish tourney sign-ups open April 1

Registration for the 16th annual Ohio Valley River Cats catfish tournament will begin Thursday, April 1. The tournament will be Sept. 11 and 12. Director Stephen Hannan, with his wife Amber, has been involved with the tournament for 16 years.
