Father, grandfather and great-grandfather and survived by five children: Nicholas Perkins, Tabatha (Dougoud) Doerflein, Walter C. Dougoud III, Cinnamyn A. Dougoud-Doerflein, and Desirae Dougoud, 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many close relatives and family friends.
