Softball takes 3-straight to jump into ORVC race

RISING SUN - Rising Sun softball’s 25-0, 4-1/2 inning romp over visiting Madison Shawe Memorial Monday made it 3-straight wins, suddenly thrusting the Lady Shiners in the middle of the ORVC race. Throwing off the effects of their 1-3 start, Coach Ken DeDreu’s nine marked wins in its first 3 Ohio River Valley Conference contests to open pursuit of first-place Switzerland County (6-0, 4-0).
