Baseball team wins three of four in SWOC

A wrapup and preview of Harrison High School sports (schedule subject to change): Baseball (10-5 overall; 8-1 Southwest Ohio Conference) Results April 19: Harrison 5, Talawanda 1 (completion of suspended game from April 12) – Carter Daniel went fourfor-four with a triple, run batted in and run scored. Grant Morse and two hits and Cade Combs scored twice.

Ronald “Ron” Lee Brunner

Ronald “Ron” Lee Brunner, 57, of Center Square, Indiana, born April 26, 1963, in Dearborn County. He was a 1983 graduate of South Dearborn High School. Ron was inducted into the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of master sergeant after 23 years of service. Ron married Lisa Kay Woodruff and was later united in marriage on Aug. 13, 2016 in Glencoe, Kentucky, to Tammy Rene Zsolczai. Ron was a member of the Aurora American Legion Post No. 231 and was a former Boy Scout in Aurora, Indiana. Ron died on April 21, 2021, at his residence in Center Square, Indiana.

Robert Hensley

Robert Hensley beloved husband of Joyce Lynn Hensley (nee Applegate), dear father of Michael Roy (Tonya) Fagaly, Lisa Christina Beck, David Lee Hensley, and loving grandfather of four, Donald Vaskovsky, Samantha (Michael) Jones, Michael Fagaly, Megan Vaughn. Preceded in death by one grandchild, Dustin Vaskovsky. Beloved brother. Died Tuesday, March 30, 2021, age 73 years.
