ST. LEON - East Central freshman Lexi Hatmaker pitched a perfect game 7-0 victory over Rushville Tuesday to up the 11-3 Lady Trojans’ conference record to 5-0.
AURORA - After leading 8-0 early, South Dearborn softball seemed on the verge of a blowout victory over visiting Rising Sun Tuesday. But Coach Anna Eggleston’s Lady Knights (4-5), who had dropped 4 of their previous 5 games, had to get that old sinking feeling again when the Shiners (6-4) rallied for a total of 5 runs in the fourth through sixth innings.
RISING SUN - South Dearborn High School golfer Brady South probably felt Monday was going to be a good day when he hit a hole-in-one on No. 9 in a practice round at The Links at Rising Star.
