Few attend mass clinic, but doses not wasted
The mass vaccination clinic did not go as planned, but it’s not as bad as it sounds. Only about 250 people showed up Saturday, April 10, at the clinic in the old bank building on Wilson Creek Road.
Bus routes change due to three road projects
Road closures in Dearborn County will impact bus routes for Sunman-Dearborn Community Schools. Jamie Shartzer, transportation supervisor, informed the Sunman-Dearborn School Board at its April 8 meeting of bus route extensions and upcoming road closures.

COVID numbers improve, but going up
COVID-19 positive test numbers have dropped, but the numbers are slowly creeping up. The number of positive tests in the seven days ending April 4 was 38, up 14 cases from the week before.

Teen sentences given in fatal crash
A 21-year-old Cincinnati man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for causing a fatal accident last June. Jeb McGeorge was sentenced April 1 by Judge Jonathan Cleary in Superior Court.
