Mayor: Progress like you’ve never seen
If you think Lawrenceburg has been progressive in city development, Mayor Kelly Mollaun said to prepare for “progress here in the city, like you’ve never seen.” Mollaun made the statement in his annual State of the City Address, in an unusual format. Lawrenceburg opening emergency shelter
The city of Lawrenceburg is providing an emergency shelter in response to a winter weather advisory across the region. Individuals or families in need will have access to a warm shelter, blankets, cots, and water.
4-H planning inperson fair; looking for more to join
Planning has started for an in-person Dearborn County 4-H fair June 21-26, complete with midway and fair food. 4-H leadership will work closely with the Dearborn County Health Department to ensure the safety of all participants and fair patrons.
Courthouse closed
The Dearborn County Courthouse and Administrative Offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 15, for Presidents’ Day.

St. Lawrence, St. Mary’s schools merging
St. Mary’s School in Aurora and St. Lawrence School in Lawrenceburg will merge beginning in 2022-2023 school. They will be combined in one campus at St. Lawrence School, 524 Walnut St., Lawrenceburg.
