LAWRENCEBURG - Four students have been named winners of the Dearborn Highlands Arts Council 2024 Youth Art Awards.Winners were, Shelby Owings of Central Elementary School; Miles Lightner of Greendale Middle School; Leah Kubitz of East Central High School; and Best of Show winner Iris Weckenbrock of East Central High School.
