Barbara Jean Jedding, 86, of Lawrenceburg, Ind., passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024. She was born April 29, 1938, in Oakdale, Tenn., daughter of the late James and Mildred (Bingham) Stringfield.
 Barbara was a member of Prince of Peace church in Colerain Township where she was a Sunday school teacher. She liked to garden and was a great cook. She loved spending time with family and friends. She worked as a realtor at Coldwell Banker and Star One.
 She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Terry) Denning of Lawrenceburg; son, David (Lisa) Jedding of Aurora, Ind.; four grandchildren, Joe Jedding, Adam (Melissa Mock) Denning, Tabetha (Cory) Scudder, Amanda (Kevin) Purcell; seven great-grandchildren.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mildred Stringfield; husband, Richard Jedding; son, Steve Jedding; sister, Patricia Tieman; and her two brothers, Stanley Stringfield, Donald Stringfield.
 Family and friends will be received on Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 7 p.m. with Pastor Tim Russell officiating.
