The power compass in the Southwest Ohio Conference bowling is, in fact, now pointing Southwest instead of Northwest. Harrison High School’s varsity teams both clinched SWOC championships earlier this month – the boys with a 10-0 league mark and the girls at 9-1.

It was almost the perfect snow on a perfect day last week. After about 6 inches of snow, many took to the hills to sled ride. Jaxon Biddlestone, 5, spent his snow day sledding at the overlook off Harbor Ridge Drive in Miami Whitewater Forest. Dogs enjoyed the snow at Simmonds Family Dog Park in Miamitown.
