Mobile mammography van visits Harrison

Have concerns about COVID-19 caused you to put off your annual screening mammogram? You’re not alone and experts nationally fear a rise in later stage cancer diagnoses as a result of the pandemic. It’s important to remember that the earlier the diagnosis, the better the outcome and there are options available for safe cancer screenings.

Agreement will allow annexation

Harrison Township and the city of Harrison are close to an annexation although it violates the Joint Economic Development District the two are in. Harrison City Council approved an intergovernmental agreement with the township for the annexation of three parcels of land at the intersection of Dry Fork and Simonson roads into the city.
