INDIANAPOLIS – East Central High School graduate Vincent Teal was awarded a Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship from the Indiana Commission for Higher Selected through a competitive process based on academic achievement and additional factors, the scholarship provides a renewable scholarship of up to $10,000 per year (up to $40,000 total).
