ALBERT “BUD” STRYKER

 Albert “Bud” Stryker, 91, of Lawrenceburg, Ind., passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024. He was born January 29, 1933, son of the late AR and Margaret (VanLeeuwen) Stryker.
 Bud was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Beecher Presbyterian Church and was a past member of Dearborn Country Club. He enjoyed golfing and skiing. He loved to travel with his wife Gloria. He enjoyed his cars and loved spending time with family and friends. He worked as a supervisor at Cincinnati Gas and Electric (Duke).
 He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Stryker; daughter-in-law, Angela Brookbank; three grandchildren, Jacob Brookbank, Luke Brookbank, Molly (Craig) Alderson; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon Brookbank, Grant Brookbank, Halle Alderson; nephews, Mike (Doris) Rudolph, Dave “Rudy” (Robin) Rudolph; and two nieces, Nancy Lorton, Beth Martin.
 He was preceded in death by his parents, AR and Margaret Stryker; son, Robert “Bob” Brookbank; and his sister, Margaret Kittle.
 Family and friends will be received on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 12 p.m. with Pastor Bob Northcutt officiating.
 Interment will follow in Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Ind.
