Judy was born on June 15, 1940, to the late Chester and Beulah (Moreland) Westrich. Beloved wife of the late Richard Mozena. Loving mother of Cathy (Tom) Bucher, Diane (Tony) Vogelgesang, and Jean (Jon) Goins. Devoted grandma of Joleen (Adam) Meyer, Justin (Caroline) Payne, Tommy Bucher, Ben (Brooke) Vogelgesang, Audrey (Geoff) Marks, Anne Vogelgesang, Luke Vogelgesang, Ava Vogelgesang, Ellen Goins, Joey (Erin) Goins, Molly (Cole) Lambert, and the late Tricia Bucher. Great-granny of Logan and Sadie Payne and Michael Meyer. Dear sister of Jerry (Joyce) Westrich and the late Walter (Joyce) Westrich. Passed away on May 18, 2024, at the age of 83.
 Judy was easy to love and those who knew her cherished her. She took pleasure in cooking and baking, as well as going out to eat. When she wasn’t cooking, she enjoyed playing scrabble and cards games – even earning the title “card shark”. Judy loved her family and looked forward to times where she could spoil her grandchildren.
 Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Road, Harrison, OH 45030.
