Betty Jane Fox, 89, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022. She was born April 12, 1933 in Addyston, Ohio, daughter of the late Harry and Corda (Hess) Schurick.

Betty enjoyed cooking and gardening. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son-in-law, Allen Bertenshaw Jr., eight grandchildren, David Bertenshaw, Nathan (Desiree) Bertenshaw, Lisa (Jamie) Frith, Rachel (Dave) Field, Sarah Russell, Heather (Daniel Marshall) Bertenshaw, Boomer Bertenshaw, Michael Bertenshaw, and numerous great–grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Corda Schurick; husband, Leslie Fox; and her daughter, Bobbi Bertenshaw.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022, at 1 p.m.

Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
