It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Phillip A. Mortashed, affectionately known as Phil, who departed from this life on September 29, 2025, at the age of 56. He was born on October 15, 1968, in Lawrenceburg, Ind.

A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
