Andrew R. Williams (Andy), 62, of Milan, Ind., passed away July 4, 2025.
 Born in March 1962 to Charles and Dorothy (Gabbard) Williams, Andy was a long time resident of Harrison, Ohio.
 He is survived by his partner of many years, Margie Sturgeon; daughter, Amanda Jo; grandchildren Alexis, Jessica, Joey, Andrew, and Jazmyn great-grandchildren, Stevie, Xander, Delilah, and Delaney; sister, Karen (Mike) Moeller and brother Doug (Tina) Williams.
 Andy is preceded in death by his parents and brothers David and Wesley (Dean).
 Andy will live on in the hearts and minds of his family and friends.
