DEBORAH KIHM

 Deborah Kihm, 76, of Greendale, Ind., passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born January 9, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert and Rita (Janson) Kihm.
Deborah was a past member of St. Bernard Clairvaux Church in Taylor Creek, Ohio, and St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceburg, Ind. She was a member of the Greendale Garden Club. She loved her flowers and gardening. Their house was on the “Tour of Gardens” in Greendale. She liked to travel, especially on the Viking River Cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam and the Carnival Cruise in Australia. She was a Jimmy Buffet “Parrot Head”. She worked as a cardiac nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital and later was the director at Atria Assisted Living and Dementia facility in Kentucky.
 She is survived by her husband, Robert Remer; son, Cary Alexander Remer; daughter, Molly (Quentin) Adams; three grandchildren, Oliver Adams, Conner Remer, Willow Adams; sister, Kathy (Michael) Livingston; and several other family members and friends.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Rita Ann Kihm; and her sister, Susan Cormendy.
 Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life for Deborah, which will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, 455 Ridge Ave, Greendale, IN 47025 on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
