Rising Sun Street Commissioner Paul Bovard begins to cut up a tree that was blown over during the Thursday night storm at the corner of Main and Walnut streets. City crews were able to push the tree out of the road overnight. He said the tree was probably felled by straight-line winds. Another tree was blown down across the street and caused damage to a house. A third tree fell into power lines that knocked out electricity, but the power was restored overnight.
