Lorena Metzger, 91, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024. She was born June 16, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter of the late James and Dovie (Hill) Lochart.

Lorena attended the Bible Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg. Being a Christian was very important to her, she loved the Lord. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed her flowers and loved spending time with family. She worked as a Binary Clerk at P&G retiring after 34 years.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Joseph Metzger of Lawrenceburg, IN, son, Roy Johnson of Morrow, OH, daughter, Tammy (Jamie) Brown of Lawrenceburg, IN, 4 grandchildren, Zachary Johnson, Patrick Brown, Justin Brown, Jon Ashley Zimmer, 2 great grandchildren, Conner Brown, Roxanna Fields

She was preceded in death by her father, James Esbert Lochart, mother, Dovie Mae Lochart, son, John Johnson, sister Lula and brother Sammy.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 6 pm, with Pastor Joseph Hart officiating.
